During a damp and mould survey, a qualified surveyor will assess your home: check indoor humidity levels and VOCs, diagnose the root causes of damp, condensation and mould using building pathology expertise, and advising on the remedial steps that will address the cause, not just the symptoms.
Retrofit Consultancy (Assessment, Coordination, Energy Efficiency Consultancy)
During a retrofit assessment, a qualified Retrofit Assessor will survey your home to evaluate its energy efficiency and recommend improvements suited to your needs, using a holistic, whole-house approach.
They will also ask about how you use your home and what changes you would like to make, before offering independent advice on the best ways to achieve those goals.
Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
